We have a total of 46 accommodations between our three inns, all either next door to each other or a few feet away down the road. Two of the inns are beachfront and one is pet-friendly. We are located off of Chase Avenue on Inman Rd. in Dennis Port, MA on Mid-Cape of Cape Cod. Although we prefer it if guests book with us directly on a first-come basis, we may be able to offer room blocks. Our accommodations across the three inns include:
Located a half block away from the beach and other inns at 32 Inman Rd., it’s just a 2-minute walk down the road. It has 9 bed & breakfast guest rooms with one queen or king bed and 2 one bedroom suites that sleep up to four people.
By the Sea Guests is the main inn where most weddings
and events occur. It is beachfront with the largest white sanded beach on the strip and has an enclosed veranda that overlooks the beach and attaches to the beach and outdoor grass area where a tent can be set up.
Also beachfront, the Seashell Motel is more budget-friendly of the three inns but books very quickly in advance. It has 14 guest rooms (one or two beds) and 2 suites. The inn is pet-friendly, perfect for dog-lovers.
Have your beautiful dream wedding on our white sanded beaches overlooking the ocean! There is a facility fee for renting one or more of our spaces. Does not include tent, flowers, or catering. Our staff is always available to help decorate, coordinate, and oversee your special day!

Enclosed veranda with open windows overlooking the beach. Perfect for small wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, and other events. Comes with tables and chairs (36 people max). There is no room for serving stations or buffets at full capacity.
Half of By the Sea Guests (9 rooms) needs to be rented to have an event here.
We can keep the doors of the enclosed veranda open and place some seating tables or serving tables outside on the grass area outside of the lobby. Suitable for cocktail, buffet, and sit-down events (80 people max).

Wedding tours are available in the off-season via appointment only, but please note the facility spaces are closed during the off-season with a few staged tables in the veranda. The rooms are winterized. We can take tours in the summer via appointment only, but rooms will likely be full. WE DO NOT TAKE WALK-IN APPOINTMENTS.

We can plan and coordinate almost everything for you – from tent and equipment rentals to catering and food services. We can cater to any special theme you have in mind, from a Cape Cod raw bar or clambake to a cocktail party to a casual pizza, barbeque, or fajita party to a dessert & coffee bar to a fancy sit-down dinner with full-service catering or private at-home chef. We can accommodate almost anything. We’ll even arrange any decorations you provide! We charge an upfront service fee based on number of vendors to be planned and level of involvement.
